Management Trainee Programme Completion & Conduct Policy
Since 1975 the Bagnalls Management Trainee Programme has been built on our long‑standing family heritage and our commitment to doing things the right way, reflecting our core values of Safety, Integrity, Respect and People.To uphold these standards, all trainees are required to complete each of the programme’s three phases in full, demonstrating diligence, responsibility and commitment to their own development, as well as to the wider Bagnalls community.
Every task, assessment and submission must be original, authentic and completed personally, reflecting the trust, professionalism and high-quality standards that define our organisation.
In line with our value of Integrity, trainees must conduct themselves honestly throughout all programme activities. AI must not be used for any written assessments. AI may be used thoughtfully and ethically to support other elements of the programme. However in all cases its use must be agreed in advance with the assessor of that Learning Activity to prevent undermining personal growth and the credibility of the training process.
